"Big Chaos"

Gathering members from the criminals and lowlifes of society, the enigmatic leader of the Anarchists known as 'The Man', formed an organization based on the desire to destroy civilization and reduce it to a complete state of anarchy. His Anarchists stole and pillaged until the leader had uncountable wealth. He has sent his Anarchists, led by his top student, Cole Dutton, into the various cities of the world in order to disrupt and destroy society. For what purpose is unknown to anybody but the 'Man' himself and as long as his troops gets paid, they aren't complaining!

The shocking and sometimes disgusting actions of the Anarchists were too chaotic to predict and the local police forces were soon overrun by the vandals, thugs, and arsonists from the Anarchists. Can they reduce the world to complete chaos? Can anybody rise up to their challenge and stop them before they cause too much damage? A new organization called the Street Spinners, led by a person called 'The Lady' and her right-hand man, Charlie Flatt, lead their group into battle against the Street Spinners, hoping to save the cities, street by street.
